We are getting close to our long awaited departure, but there is still plenty to do before we are completely ready to go.  It is probably good to keep busy to chase away any last minute jitters.  I wonder why we get nervous before traveling, even if it is a trip of a lifetime.

It is time to pay attention to what we are packing so we don’t forget something important.  But if that happens, I am sure we can find whatever we need when we get there.  All the bills are paid for the month and the refrigerator is cleaned out.

As the song states, all our bags are packed and ready to go.  Pat and Riley are out and about running last minute errands.  This trip is so important to us.  We are anticipating our time together and the lovely and historic relics that we are about to experience.  This opportunity is priceless and we will treasure every single moment.  The journey is about to begin.
