We have never witnessed such overwhelming crime, evil, and corruption as we face today. The world feels as though it has slipped into a perpetual twilight, a darker place where dishonesty and malice no longer lurk in the shadows but instead stand boldly in plain sight. Each sunrise brings with it more headlines of scandal, injustice, and cruelty, cascading from the highest halls of power down to the very streets where ordinary people live their daily lives.

The moral fabric of society, once a sturdy and comforting presence, now looks frayed and worn, as if each act of betrayal or deceit has pulled another fragile thread loose. Communities that once thrived on trust and mutual respect now struggle under the weight of suspicion and fear. The constant barrage of wrongdoing and deception has become a storm, sweeping across the globe and leaving in its wake a quiet erosion of safety, integrity, and hope.

Even those who cling to the ideals of justice and righteousness feel the burden pressing against their hearts, as though the very air hums with disillusionment. It is a relentless cycle: corruption begets more corruption, lies are met with apathy or denial, and cruelty seems to echo louder than compassion. Many wonder, with a sense of dread, how we reached this point and whether the tide can ever be turned. Yet in this darkness, the faint light of those still fighting for what is right flickers stubbornly, a fragile reminder that even in times of overwhelming despair, the human spirit has not surrendered completely.

“Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.“ – 1 John 2:18
