Most Americans watched the President’s speech the other night hoping for action. Hoping to hear that finally, after years of lies, cover-ups, and two-tiered justice, something real was going to be done.
The Trump Administration has done what no one else would do. It has pulled back the curtain, even just a little bit. It has uncovered corruption at a scale most Americans never thought possible — weaponized agencies, laundered taxpayer dollars, foreign deals made in back rooms, intelligence officials who treated the Constitution like a suggestion, and a political class that believed it was untouchable.
We have seen the documents. We have heard the testimony. We have watched the money trails. We know the names.
And yet, the question hangs in the air across America: where are the arrests?
If there are no arrests that come from ALL of this corruption, then we are no better off than we were. Exposure without accountability is not justice, it is theater. It tells the American people that you can steal, you can lie under oath, you can spy on a campaign, you can sell out your country, you can enrich your family with foreign cash, and you will still walk free if you are rich enough, powerful enough, or connected enough.
If a poor man goes to prison for lying on a form, a powerful man must go to prison for lying to the world. If we cannot hold those accountable because of how much money they have or who they know, then the system itself has failed.
For too long, we were told to be patient. To wait. To trust the process. The American people have been patient. We have waited through investigations, special counsels, committees, and hearings. Patience has run out.
WE THE PEOPLE must rise once again and change it all. Not with violence, but with a voice so loud it cannot be ignored. With demands that cannot be tabled. With primaries, with protests, with petitions, with precincts. With a refusal to accept business as usual.
This is our country. It was not given to the lobbyists, the bureaucrats, or the permanent political class. It was entrusted to all of us. And if those who betrayed that trust will not be held accountable by the institutions, then it is our duty to hold the institutions accountable until they do their job.
We did not watch the President’s speech the other night for just the words. We watched it for potential action. Now is the time. Make it happen!!!
